Charting A New Course
2006 marks a year of new beginning for Investment Bermuda. We devised a strategic planning process that defines our mission geared toward innovative youth development initiatives creating three program areas that will transition our goals:

Stronger Foundation IB Coordinators build ongoing one-on-one relationships with each student, giving students the support and guidance they need during their formative years.

Staying Focused
IB provides a variety of programs including educational, recreational and performing arts to help youth discover their true talents

Investment Bermuda Academy for Youth Leadership Development and Sports Performance Training (IB Academy)

Investment Bermuda Youth Development Programs are an effective way to bring together all of the resources of community members of Bermuda to address the issues we all care about - the lives of our youth! Our socioeconomic conditions and human service issues are too complex for any individual, group or institution to face alone. Our community investment programs are just some of the ways Investment Bermuda works with other community stakeholders in making the greatest impact possible for the next generation of Youth. Our Youth Development Initiatives are led by Anthony Witherspoon along with the support of a proactive and concern board of trustees.

Investment Bermuda with the help of committed community leaders and corporate sponsors will be aligning program resources to help move forward the goals of the IB Academy. Community collaboration is crucial to our overall success. The plan is one of partnership and inclusion by various sectors of the community-it cannot be done any other way. We understand the conditions we are face with in our community and we understand how to address those conditions. With your support, we are preparing to influence a positive change for a better tomorrow for Bermuda's youngest and brightest students.

Investment Bermuda (IB) is dedicated to helping youth reach their full potential. Working within schools, families and community organizations, IB's goal is to lead youth to successful thinking, instilling positive values with educational and athletic enrichment activities that will enhance not only their personal lives but their communities as well.
