Investment Bermuda seeks to develop an Academy in Youth Leadership Development and Sports Performance Training; and explore ways the facility can be a resource to enrich the lives of students in these areas.
Through this Academy, we believe Bermuda can reaffirm its commitment to its youth population and be a catalyst for developing their leadership skills to better compete in the new global economy that awaits them.
Moreover, it will be home to a state-of-the art training facility that will impress and attract professional athletes from around the world, simultaneously benefitting the youth of Bermuda while placing Bermuda on the international sporting map.
IB Students participate in a structure program utilizing every feature of theAcademy including:
Certified Leadership Training
Certified Facilitators will assist in the leadership development process by providing the instruction and encouragement for people to reach their maximum potential.
Sports Performance Training Students work with Certified Coaches and Pro Athletes from other countries to enhance their bodies and minds in the following areas:
•Strength & Conditioning • Biomechanics
•Athletic Training • Kinesiology
•Physical Therapy •Rehabilitation
The IB Academy instructors will help students bridge the gap between perception and reality, through video visualization that will allow them to measure their performance in the realm of leadership skills development and athletic concepts.
